Vehicle Projects and Value Stream Management Intern (Spring 2026)

Description:

The MN-13 Department manages new vehicle launches from a parts quality perspective and manages capacity as well as efficiency in the supply chain.

 

The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions: 

  • Support activity planning and steering to enable high quality parts deliveries.
  • Assist with the preparation of recurring reports to management to enable good decision making and successful vehicle launches.
  • Assist with the preparation, execution and documentation of management meetings.
  • Optimize internal project management processes and tools including digitalization.
Qualifications:
  • Technical degree student preferred (ME, IE, Supply Chain or related), junior or higher level.
  • Problem solving skills needed.
  • Quality and project management skills needed.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE January 12th – May 15th, 2026.
