As an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist at BMW Group Factory Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.
What awaits you?
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards and best practices and deriving appropriate recommendations for action.
- Independend development of strategies, new concepts and processes, implementing, reviewing and updating compensation structures, including base salaries or bonuses and optimizing our employee benefits programs (fixed and variable remuneration, benefits and company pension plans).
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation & benefits.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with the organization's central and local functions.
- Professional project management for various compensation & benefits projects, forecasts, budget planning, in close cooperation with our finance team and central compensation & benefit department.
- Management and coordination of compensation processes, e.g. bonus and salary rounds.
- Providing expert guidance and training to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talents.
What should you bring along?
- Min. Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in the field of HR compensation & benefits management.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex compensation and benefits programs.
- Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and the use of HR information systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to learn, be open minded.
- English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken.
