As a Logistics specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
  
  
• Team – as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15-20 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
  
  
• Customs processing – independent processing of all incoming customs shipments and customs documents in accordance with current customs regulations and laws, including checking for accuracy and completeness.
  
  
• Time slot control – monitoring of truck time slot control, as well as allocation of flexible time slots to freight forwarding companies.
  
  
• Delivery deviation handling – clarifying and recording delivery differences (deviations between transport documents and physical delivery) with suppliers/freight forwarders.
  
  
• Transport damage processing – independent processing of transport damage, including preparation of unloading reports as well as clarification of invoice differences by comparing proof of delivery with determined receipt of goods.
  
  
• Partner coordination – coordination with internal and external partners (freight forwarders, customs, ASN quality) for complex goods receiving problems for sustainable problem resolution.
  
  

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - at least a secondary school diploma, university degree is an advantage. 
• Work Experience - minimum 3 years of working experience within logistics, knowledge of incoming goods processes is an advantage.
• Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts. 
• Software knowledge - strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office softwares.
• Language skills - English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken.
• Precision & Teamwork - ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a strong commitment to continuous self-development. Excellent communication skills.
