







Intern, Experiential Marketing - Fall/Winter

WHAT AWAITS YOU.
Supporting the experiential marketing team in all possible stages of event planning, e.g. defining event content, location and dates, liaising with agency partners, reviewing creative, analyzing offers, creating purchase orders, etc.
Supporting the experiential marketing team on several projects across the department, including reporting post-event, vehicle loaner agreement preparation and circulation, evaluation of partnership proposals, etc.
Being responsible for own projects incl. discussions with internal business partners as well as external service providers, agencies and customers.
Research and data analysis (i.e. KPI trends and evolution YOY, competitor analysis across various experiential fields, etc.).
Supporting with budget processes such as purchasing orders, invoicing, budget tracking, etc.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
Field of study: Marketing, Business or Sports Management
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international students only)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to work remotely and autonomously
Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferences
Languages: English (fluent, oral and written

This is a full-time internship position for our Fall/Winter Rotation, from September 22, 2025 through March 20, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
