Delivery Assurance Intern (Summer 2026)

Description:
- Support onsite supplier logistics production to assure the supplier’s lineside delivery performance in series by using efficient problem solving processes.
- Supplier requalification: support team with project management tasks including KPI reporting and status reports as well as 8D and FMEA.
- Wrong delivery prevention: analyzing data from 8D and FMEA to derive concrete solutions to address main contributors.
- LQS competency concept: support team with development of i-Learn classes and tracking of training completion.
- Reporting of KPI: conducts data processing in SAP. SQL, Power BI i.e. running weekly and daily reports.
- May include data mining, creating and maintaining visualization tools, etc.
- Supplier communication: support team with development
- Maintain electronic team board as key user.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have completed (or will be an upperclassman by credit hours) a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or above (preferred). Candidate must have strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience using Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc. is a bonus)

- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
