More than just a vehicle remote, the My BMW App supports the entire customer lifecycle journey, including maintenance and financing. We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in managing real projects.

What awaits you?

• You collaborate with business and development teams to nurture and evolve mobile app features from ideation to operations.
• You support strategic projects through planning, benchmarking, and portfolio analysis.
• You work with our analytics team to help develop actionable insights and support the development of new dashboards and tools.
• You collaborate with markets to ensure local relevance and continuous operations.
• You assist in delivering personalized experiences in the My BMW App by supporting content development and operations.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in mobile apps, management consulting, or related fields that contribute to understanding business problems and solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and flexibility in using various dashboards and tools like Microsoft PowerBI.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a process and data-driven environment.
• Ability to contribute to tasks and provide clear and transparent progress reports.
• German proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory.
