Importer Marketing Trainee.
BMW Mexico.
As an Importer Marketing Trainee you will be responsible for guiding, supporting, and steering the marketing strategy of the BMW importer network, ensuring the greatest impact and support to achieve national sales and marketing goals.
Responsibilities.
- Responsible for marketing plan assessment of the 15 importers, steering them with the NSC marketing and sales strategy, by centralizing and coaching Importer marketing activities (ATL/BTL/DIGITAL).
- Review, give feedback and approval to marketing requests from dealers.
- Continuous communication plan with importers and Area Managers, in order to understand the business model as well as their specific needs.
- Register and Control all Marketing Budget (COOP) activities (feedback on brief, validate, follow up, capture, requisition, receipt, and payment).
- Optimize Importer investments, assuring the correct budget administration of the dealer’s activities within a mix between test drives, brand positioning, tactical campaigns and digitalization.
- Analytic reporting of all Importer Marketing activities (Media split, Event split, % of investment level, fund balance, sales funnel management, brand vs tactical split).
- Assure prompt and proper communication on both sides.
Qualifications and experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing or Communication.
- +1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
- Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- SAP (desirable)
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
