Process Management& Quality CZ&SK

Your responsibilities:

• Engage in the entire project life cycle from gathering requirements to solution deployment
• Collaborate with business owners and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain efficient communication with stakeholders, provide regular reports/updates
• Actively participate in IT system release management, closely collaborate with IT department and business departments, support testing process
• Responsible for the CZ/SK Process Management and Quality function in alignment with global standards (SF Global Process Management).
• Initiate and bring solutions to the Operational Hub for CZ & SK that enables the line functions to deliver Premium Customer Services
• Act as business analyst – translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria, support effort and benefit estimations
• Own KPI reporting process

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services business with weight on Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Commitment and readiness to learn
• Willingness to work in international structures
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem solving and continuous improvement skills
• Strong customer and process orientation
• Fluent in English - speaking and writing
• Practical knowledge of tools and technologies: jira, confluence, Microsoft Office applications
• Czech and/or Slovak language as well as Experience with Leo Leasing will be an asset
