Responsibilities.

• Initiate and process purchase requisitions for required goods and services.
• Ensure all necessary details and approvals are included in the requisition.
• Track the status of purchase requisitions through the approval workflow.
• Receive and verify purchase order confirmations from suppliers.
• Manage the invoice processing and payment lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare periodic budget reports to track spending and identify variances.
• Contribute to the development of budget forecasts and projections.
• Assist with team-related administrative tasks and coordination.

• Provide support to team members as needed.

• Collaborate with the press fleet team to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide administrative and logistical support as required.

Desired skills and Experience:

• Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
• Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
• Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
