BMW Financial Services NA, LLC was established in 1993, supporting the sales and marketing of BMW products. Subsequently, we have expanded beyond the leasing, retail and commercial financing of a traditional captive-finance company offering a broad variety of products tailored for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce customer. WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Provides project management and business analyst services for assigned technical products, applications, or projects within an agile/DevOps delivery model.
- Utilizes BMW ITPM processes to direct the execution of IT-related projects.
- Coordinates business, IT, and provider resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient projects.
- Executes appropriate ITPM delivery tasks, activities, and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Builds a strong understanding of assigned business processes, functions, roles, and rules.
- Owns the functional solution and collaborates with the Business to elicit requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Leads the Agile team in the adoption and execution of Agile processes, including planning and facilitating key Agile events.
- Steers providers in the execution of support tasks, including resolving escalated support topics and planning/executing upgrades and replacements to ensure ongoing stable operations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical / business field or similar educational standing or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of progressively increasing professional experience in IT, with at least:
- 3+ years in a senior level role and
- 2+ years in business analysis/requirements management and/or project management.
- 1+ years managing Agile projects.

Relocation is available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position is $54,300.00 - $108,600.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
