HR Planning and Steering Specialist

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a HR Planning and Steering Specialist. 

As HR Planning and Steering Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing HR processes in accordance with the requirements of the central HR CoCs. Implement benchmarks und perform crossfunctional HR analyses to ensure HR inputs on Plant strategic topics are accurate and applicable for long term timeframes also to include long-term budget and headcount development planning for our BMW Plant in Debrecen.

 

What awaits you?

  • Steer headcount planning and control processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and manage plant-wide headcount reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Steering the development of headcount targets, definition of measures (in alignment with the managers) and monitoring of long and short term targets local HR.
  • Develop and implement various HR strategies to enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Manage ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) reporting requirements.
  • Create and present monthly reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluating, re-evaluating and developing efficient HR processes to support the HR departments as well as crossfunctional departments within the Plant. Support of process owners -manager and user - within HR regarding standard, process improvement, monitoring etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Your comprehensive range of tasks is rounded off with the development, monitoring and reporting of HR KPIs.


What should you bring along?

  • Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Economics etc.).
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in HR management, Planning and Streering or Controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to details.
  • Commitment to work at BMW Group in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR strategies and reporting standards is a plus.
  • English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German would be an advantage.
