





Intern, Warranty Processing & Reporting - Summer 2025

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 2, 2025 through August 22, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The intern will support team members in miscellaneous tasks ranging from data entry and data validation to financial reporting. They will learn how to effectively work within the various businesses of the Warranty department and all that comes with working in a large multi-disciplined, results oriented, global company.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Creating and executing reports for several warranty and goodwill programs.
- Review and document existing reports.
- Support the creation of presentations for management.
- Support the creation and operation of MS Access databases for warranty extensions.
- Document various processes concerning warranty and goodwill tasks and reports.
- Support various projects in the warranty department by organizing meetings, keeping track of tasks and objectives, preparing meeting presentations and minutes.
- Assist in Vehicle Flagging and Validations.
- Assist in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations.

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
Field of study: Business, Finance
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Advanced MS Excel and Access skills
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of hierarchy
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical capabilities
