Risk Trainee.

BMW Financial Services.

As a Risk Trainee you will actively participate and support the appropriate identification, analysis, management, and communication of risks within BMW Financial Services MX's local SF organization and central SF functions. Also you will participate in different projects related to risk management as required to improve risk management quality such as annual operational risk review.

Responsibilities.

• Support the identification, analysis and monitoring of credit, market and operational risks.
• Collaborate in the implementation and validation of compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitoring action plans & internal control indicators.
• Operate internal tool to document risks and controls including reports generation.
• Prepare risk management presentations for various committees, e.g. Local management committee, National risk committee or other frequent presentations to central team.

Qualifications and experience.

• ­Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Economics or related.
• From 1 to 3 years of risk management or finance area experience.
• Desirable knowledge in programming with SQL, Python or R.
• Advanced Excel.
• Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
• Fluent in English language.
