Description

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 2nd, 2025 through August 22nd, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing daily and monthly sales reporting

  • Communicate to executive management along with supporting incentive planning initiatives

  • Participate in extensive data analysis and ad-hoc reporting and other projects with surrounding teams

  • Assist in managing distribution, tracking fleet ownership, monitoring logistics, and processing sales incentives.

  • Collaborate with other departments within organization to maintain transparency and efficiency in daily ad-hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university 

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)

  • Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at time of application 

  • Field of study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analysis

  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript

  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)

  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)

  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (ability to manage large datasets utilizing vlookup, xlookup, PIVOT tables for creation of reports), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)

  • Familiarity with confluence or affinity to technology with willingness to put on entrepreneurial/creative hat

  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical capabilities

 

Preferences:

  • Experience in database systems such as Tableau 

  • Languages: English (Fluent, Oral, and written)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
