Retailer Finance Analyst
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the regular financial benchmarking of BMW Group dealers in Poland within the Central and Southeast Europe region
- Conducting profitability analyses and tracking, including forecasting, conclusion and recommendations
- Risk analysis and risk reporting in agreed format
- System and process adaptation of the benchmarking system according to changes of new sales model requirements
- Financial assessment of investment projects / business case analysis for Polish dealership network expansion
- Supporting dealers in the areas of performance and cost management, in collaboration with external consultants
- Preparation and presentation of management summary on management meetings
- Daily cooperation with International regional team and local management one
Our requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent qualification
- At least 7 years of overall experience, thereof min. least 3 years in Accounting / Controlling of a retail / franchising sector
- Experience in cooperation with business partners on various management levels
- Experience in preparing executive summaries and management reports, incl. recommendations
- High analytical skills combined with synthesis abilities.
- Good interpersonal / communication- as well as presentation skills
- High flexibility working on multi-task assignments, strong self-motivation
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Good MS Office skills / Automotive industry experience is beneficial
