To support the team in achieving all Product, Process and System Quality targets
Support the team in achieving the Production volume, by quick response to breakdowns.
Eliminating equipment failures by commissioning equipment prior to start-up.
Responsible for ensuring all electrical and mechanical equipment in his/her supervision are maintained and in good working order.
Support the production team in achieving the Production volume, by quick response to breakdowns.
Eliminating equipment failures by commissioning equipment prior to start-up.
Fault finding on the integrated PLC control systems.
Support his/her Process Leader /PE and implement measures to achieve Budget, Headcount and Equipment Productivity targets
Eliminating electrical and mechanical equipment failure by means of preventative maintenance.
Familiarizing himself with the plant and equipment to ensure that firsthand information is available at all times.
Optimize and improve equipment and systems to optimize product quality plant availability and reliability.
Ensure All PMs are completed within time frame.
To inform his supervisor of all equipment breakdowns
Perform CIP.
Knowledge and Skill:
Min N6 Electrical
Millwright Trade Test.
Min 3 years related experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, in an automated production environment
Problem solving skills.
Troubleshoot equipment problems. (Electrically, Mechanically)
Thorough knowledge and experience on PLC systems.
Experience on AC frequency drives.
Know how to operate and program SCADA/HMI systems.
Identify, troubleshoot and solve network related issues and problems efficiently utilizing monitoring tools and reference materials.
Technical and analytical skills
Kuka Robotic experience.
