Supplier Management Intern (Summer 2025)

- Responsible for supporting operational Leads and Supplier management specialist with projects, reporting and additional tasks as described below:
-Reporting- Conducts data processing in SAP i.e. running weekly and daily reports
-Training Documents- Ensure training documents and department website are up to date.
- Conducting data processing in SAP (i.e. running weekly and daily parts availability reports).
- Supporting and implementing supplier interface.
- Ensuring training documents and department website are up to date.
Projects Include:
- Process Improvements as described in VPS Department activities.
- Run out process improvement.
- Launch and Onboarding of new supplier process alignment with Central Competence.
Qualifiations:
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar.
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry and in project management.
- Teamwork, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills.
- Ability to create reports, charts, and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point).
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
