Supplier Management Intern (Summer 2025)

• Responsible for supporting operational Leads and Supplier management specialist with projects, reporting and additional tasks as described below:
  -Reporting- Conducts data processing in SAP i.e. running weekly and daily reports
  -Training Documents- Ensure training documents and department website are up to date. 

• Conducting data processing in SAP (i.e. running weekly and daily parts availability reports).
• Supporting and implementing supplier interface.
• Ensuring training documents and department website are up to date.
   

Projects Include:

• Process Improvements as described in VPS Department activities.
• Run out process improvement.
• Launch and Onboarding of new supplier process alignment with Central Competence.

Qualifiations:

• Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar.
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry and in project management.
• Teamwork, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills.

• Ability to create reports, charts, and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point).
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
