Reporting & Planning Trainee.
As Reporting & Planning Trainee you will be responsible for supporting digitalization projects and internal analysis for reporting and planning team. In addition, you will supporting financial processes for Mexican market.
Responsibilities.
- Support financial reporting & planning activities for Mexican market.
- Generate calculation and analysis reports for regional reporting & planning team.
- Update and validate pricing premises in SAP.
- Validate and upload financial parameters in SAP for price lists, invoicing, etc.
- Calculate vehicle ownership tax for fleet units in Mexico.
- Calculate used cars profitability and report for Mexico.
- Support in financial budget & forecast processes (upload information and parameters to BMW AG systems).
- Month-end closing activities support to reporting team for Mexico.
- Support regional controlling function in projects and administrative activities.
Qualifications and Experience.
- Bachelors degree on Administration, Business, Finance or related field.
- +1 or 2 years of experience in field related.
- Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage.
- Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
- Advance Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Word & Excel).
- SAP skills (preferable).
- Fluent in English language.
