This is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from December 2, 2024, through May 16, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The Rolls-Royce Retail Marketing Intern will support the RR marketing department in the areas of dealer and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and support of dealer events, drive programs and regional hotspot events such as FLIBs, Art Basel, Rodeo Drive and Las Vegas Concours
• Managing the RRMCNA Social Media content calendar and supporting the dealer CI compliance
• Purchasing documentation and SAP related tasks
• Contract routing and submission into CCMS (contract management system)
• Preparing marketing presentations and dealer communications (i.e. Dealer Bulletins)
• On-site dealer event support as required (domestic travel; may include 1-2 weekends)
• Tracking of invitations and registrations for Dealer Conferences
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
Field of study: Marketing
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
Able to work both independently and as part of a team

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
