Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.
What awaits you?
• You will establish a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure high technical availability of the production lines and workshop equipment, plan various maintenance activities for the production lines, including activities with external suppliers, optimize production processes and systems together with operative maintenance, controls, and methodology, and use maintenance-related systems (e.g., SAP) for their maintenance planning tasks.
• Also, you will coordinate and organize all suppliers performing services in the energy module area, including scope of services, performance monitoring, working time, and payment, support associates with technical problems and inform them about technical changes and updates, assure spare parts availability and general maintenance material to correctly perform both reactive and planned maintenance, and participate in new project development with other departments to optimize production performance.
What you should bring along?
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance of highly automated production lines, maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in spare parts management and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of production and joining technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent business English.
