What awaits you?
• Secure the on-time and high-quality delivery of single parts and subassemblies from both local and German suppliers. Implement strategies to ensure all quality targets are consistently met.
• Champion the containment process within the plant, including the effective sorting and rework of non-conforming (NOK) parts. Utilize data analysis to minimize defects and identify potential issues early.
• Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of all suppliers. Identify any deviations from agreed-upon targets and promptly communicate them to suppliers. Facilitate collaborative meetings with managers and department leaders to develop corrective action plans and track their progress.
What you should bring along?
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Industrial, Mechanic Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive industry.
• Knowledge in CATIA, SAP, Prisma, Quality tools and Q-management.
• Fluent business English.
