We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and interdisciplinary internship within the BMW Brand Management department being involved in the areas of: Brand, Entertainment and Talent Collaborations, Arts & Culture and Golfsport.
The core content is the strategic development, implementation and management od long-term international brand and product collaborations, strengthening BMW’s positioning, portfolio (incl. concept cars) and technologies among customers, opinion leaders and media through high-quality collaborations targeting new and existing groups.
What awaits you?
Support in the communicative activation of the collaboration projects across all channels (content co-creation with artists/talents, partners, brands, VIP events, online and social media, advertising, PR etc.), in cooperation with the relevant interfaces and national sales companies.
Research and tracking of various communicative measures (e.g. trend scouting, event KPIs, media reach, etc.).
Contributing to the visual and content design of internal and external collaborations (e.g. presentations and communicative media such as preview, review presentations, films, invitations, etc.).
Support in the creation and preparation of strategy and concept documents.
Coordination of administrative activities with internal and external partners (e.g. vehicle management, ticket overviews, room bookings, agenda management, travel costs etc.).
What should you bring along?
- Degree in International Marketing, Communication Studies, ideally with focus on brand management, digital communications, events or a comparable course of study.
- Second half diploma/bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- First practical experience in marketing, events, or agencies.
- Experience working with luxury and premium brands.
- Affinity for design, arts & culture, golfsport or digital entertainment.
Above-average interest in (fashion / luxury / lifestyle) brands, culture marketing and Zeitgeist topics.
- Openness to support the team with creative projects and at the same time operative tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Driver's license.
- Fluent in English and German, other language skills are an advantage.
