As a Logistics specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
  
  
• Team – as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15-20 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
  
  
• Material flow coordination – being responsible for coordinating material flow in the manual warehouses, also for supporting and analyzing empties handling and shipping processes.
  
  
• Fluctuation analysis – you analyze fluctuations in material flow and inventory movements and initiate corrective measures. You will identify discrepancies and optimizes weak points of logistics structures, material flows, etc.
  
  
• Service provider steering – you support and steer the logistics service provider to ensure smooth operation, supply process and transport flows.
  
  

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - bachelor degree ideally with a focus on logistics or from other relevant field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Work Experience - minimum 2 years of working experience within logistics, knowledge of warehousing systems.
• Language skills - English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken.
• Precision & Teamwork - ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a strong commitment to continuous self-development. Excellent communication skills.
• Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts if needed.
