Master Trainer - Glueing / Energy Module
Are you a passionate engineering expert with a deep understanding of gluing processes?
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Trainer to lead our gluing operations and drive process excellence. As a methodology specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive qualification strategies for various gluing processes across our bodyshop, paintshop, and energy module production lines.

- Develop and execute a robust qualification strategy for gluing processes across multiple production technologies.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to gluing processes.
- Optimize gluing processes within existing production systems to maximize efficiency and value creation.
- Promote continuous improvement and achieve optimal performance within your area of responsibility.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Robotics, Automotive/Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on production experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing technology, preferably in electromobility.
- Proven track record as a production specialist or methodologist, ideally in an automated production environment.
- In-depth expertise in foaming, gluing, screwing, and riveting processes.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Fluency in English.
