Description
We are offering an exciting position in sales at our BMW Store in Berlin.
Key Accountabilities of the Role
- You are responsible for acquiring and managing customer relationships.
- You present BMW cars and organize test drives.
- You independently conduct a needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sale of new BMW cars.
- Your function involves the personal handover of BMW cars and creating a 5-star customer experience.
- You are the interface between customers, BMW Financial Services, and our Aftersales team.
Qualifications - Desire to achieve and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Completed apprenticeship or a degree in economics as well as a basic understanding of automotive technology.
- A plus would be several years of experience in the automotive industry and certification as an automotive salesperson (f/m/x).
- Ongoing willingness to learning new things and loyalty to the brand.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with customers and have a winning mentality.
- Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector.
- Class B or III driver's license.
- Working knowledge of German and English.
