As a Launch Trainer at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about mobility.
What awaits you?
- You will have the opportunity to take part in our extensive training program, which will prepare you to monitor production processes, identify deviations, and define the appropriate actions—working in close alignment with the production team—to ensure stable product quality throughout the production process.
- You will support the technologies/functions in implementing improvements and developments.
- You will be responsible for analyzing issues and communicating with the relevant departments.
- You will participate in onboarding and mentoring new employees, providing them with the tools required to perform their work.
- You will be part of a very special team where you can contribute your own ideas to improve the product and the process.
What we expect from you
- You have successfully completed a secondary-level vocational qualification with at least a high-school diploma (a secondary-level qualification in the automotive field is an advantage).
- You have experience as a trainer (coaching experience and/or experience in quality management is an advantage).
- You enjoy teaching others and supporting your colleagues’ development.
- You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively, and you are open to continuously developing yourself. Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as openness to continuous learning and self-development.
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- English or German language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
