Legal & Compliance Scholar

As Legal & Compliance Scholar you will develop your skills by supporting contract management, administrative activities such as invoicing and procurement processes, and key corporate governance initiatives. Join a dynamic team where you can gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of a leading company in the automotive industry.
What awaits you?
- Assist in the management and administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the invoicing process and procurement activities, helping to maintain smooth and efficient administrative operations.
- Contribute to corporate governance initiatives by providing support in compliance and regulatory tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate legal and compliance processes.
- Help prepare and organize documentation for audits, reviews, and internal controls.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts within the Legal & Compliance department.
What should you bring along?
- Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
- Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
- Availability from January to December 2026, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
