As Homologation, Technical Campaigns and Connected Drive Scholar you will support the homologation and compliance with local regulations for BMW and MINI models imported and sold in the country. This role is essential to ensure our vehicles meet safety standards, emissions requirements, and current regulations, supporting the smooth operation of Sales and After Sales in the Mexican market.

 

What awaits you?

  • Support the homologation and ensure compliance with local regulations for BMW and MINI models imported and sold in Mexico, covering Sales and After Sales operations.
  • Prepare and deliver documentation related to safety device standards (NOM-194), CO2 emissions (NOM-163), Mandatory Vehicle Verification Program, REPUVE, CONUEE, and pollutant emissions (NOM-042, NOM-079).
  • Manage certification processes in coordination with external suppliers (e.g., Oblivion).
  • Assist in managing various technical campaign processes, including ordering parts, communicating with dealers, and translating documents.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of reports related to technical campaign indicators.
  • Create requisitions and purchase orders for payments to warranty and parts homologation suppliers.
  • Follow up on and verify part number homologation and labeling for parts that require labeling.
  • Review and approve warranty claim requests for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad.
  • Review and approve Maintenance Service claim requests for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from January to December 2026, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
