As the Special Product Investigations Administrator, you will manage the ingestion and distribution of sensitive safety-related customer claims and internal escalations, aimed at minimizing BMW Group exposure while enhancing customer satisfaction. You will maintain case files, perform accounting tasks, and support reporting and analytics.

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Review and research customer inquiries/claims to assess whether to address through SPI protocol.
  • Ensure SPI protocol is followed pertaining to document saving, sharing, and distribution.
  • Utilize Salesforce for chronicling internal correspondence, and reporting.
  • Maintain and secure files for reference and access.
  • Process check requests through SAP/XFLOW, for reimbursement to customers, legal settlements, insurance companies, and dealer networks.
  • Coordinate vehicle repair/disposal and remarketing to minimize associated inventory costs.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, ad hoc reporting and analytics in support of the team.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • High School Diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
  • 2+ years customer relations automotive experience or Dealer automotive experience.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The expected salary range for this position is $46,500.00 - $76,700.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
