Specialist, Sales Operations BMW Motorrad (f/m/x).
What awaits you?
- You are responsible for sales planning (Production, Wholesale, Retail, Stock) in IVP for selected markets within the Central Southeastern Europe region.
- You monitor retail, wholesale, stock and dealers’ credit lines on a monthly level and report deviations to forecast to the regional sales manager.
- You monitor ordering operations and optimize quota allocation between the markets.
- You support product and price management in OKA/PCASO/SA3.
- You support cost of retail planning and payout on a monthly basis.
- You support and implement improvements to processes, system usage and reporting tools, incl. visualization dashboards.
- You are responsible for logistic topics, incl. preparation of purchasing tenders, when necessary, for the operations of local compounds.
- You work daily in close cooperation with the 9 markets and the central ordering and planning in Munich.
What should you bring along?
- Master- or Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Business Administration/Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in an international sales environment, in the automotive industry / motorcycle industry is an advantage.
- Result-oriented, proactive way of working and positive mindset.
- Well organized, accurate, analytical, consistent, and reliable.
- Excellent skills in Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
- First experience with digital tools: Tableau.
- Motorcycle driver-license is an advantage.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for an indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
