HR Intern (Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia)
What awaits you?
- You will support the HR manager daily with the recruitment and selection related tasks (creating job-ads, pre-screening candidates, organizing interviews).
- You will be involved in HR administration related topics.
- Your will also be involved in HR related projects, such as sport, charity and team events.
- You will get a complete insight of HR activities within Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia.
- You will take part in digitalization projects.
What is your professional background?
- University student or fresh graduate in HR/business administration/economics/sociology.
- You are interested in human resources management and have a general understanding of HR.
What are your personal skills?
- Passion & enthusiasm with ownership attitude.
- Responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Precision, accountability.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.

Further information
Contract: full-time (40 hours/week) fixed term for 12 months with an option for prolongation
Starting date: Mid of November 2025
Location: BMW Group Hungary's office (2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci út 59.) with limited home office opportunity
