As Marketing Trainee you will support the execution of local marketing strategies by ensuring compliance with global guidelines, brand standards, and communication frameworks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of customer-focused initiatives, strengthen dealer network engagement, and ensure consistent communication across all channels. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support events, training, and reporting, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
What awaits you?
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with HQ and local priorities, including developing and adapting communication materials such as videos, newsletters, and POS assets in collaboration with agencies and stakeholders.
- Manage and update digital platforms (BMW FS website, Customer Portal, Quotator) to ensure content meets business needs and customer expectations, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow up on dealer marketing requests, coordinate the implementation of POS materials at the point of sale, and provide guidance on the proper use of marketing tools, templates, and corporate branding.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, sponsorships, and workshops, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and strong brand visibility.
- Oversee marketing inventory, supplier requisitions, and purchasing processes in collaboration with procurement, ensuring efficient resource management.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and track the marketing budget to ensure accurate expense management and optimal use of resources.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company standards and contribute to the overall brand and business objectives.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Experience managing digital platforms and updating content to meet business and customer needs.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, prepare reports, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and proficiency in MS Office and basic content management tools.
- Strong bilingual communication skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
