As a Logistics Process Management Specialist you are responsible for ensuring, monitoring and steering of the actual logistics processes in the Body Shop Logistics area. Coordinate and optimize daily operations with all relevant process partners, responsible for communication with service provider and stakeholders.

What awaits you?

• Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
• Team – as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15-20 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
• Contract management - general contract management of Logistics Service Providers under the scope of  Logistics department, that include technical / operational steering, periodical reviews, collaboration of contractual documents review, etc. Contract change management initiation if applicable in alignment with all relevant partners.
• Collaboration - with Logistics Planning or Service Providers, on the design of new logistics operations to ensure they meet the scope of services. Attendance in contract negotiations for change management and senior management escalations.
• Process optimization - implementation of process standards in alignment and benchmarked against best-practice within the BMW Group. Development, implementation and monitoring of KPI's for logistics processes.
• Coordination  - coordination of daily operations for Logistics Processes with all relevant process partners.

What should you bring along?

• Educational background - you hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field, alternatively a strong background built on work experience.
• Work experience - you have at least 3 years of experience in logistics in a similar position.
• Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts if needed.
• Language skills - you speak both Hungarian and English fluently, German language would be an advantage.
• Project management skills - excellent project management skills, prioritisation skills (parallel projects).
• Personal skills - excellent communication and analytical skills.
