As a QMS Specialist in the Energy Module at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the energy module components meet perfect quality standards through meticulous preparation, processing, and component quality assurance.

What awaits you?

• Work environment –  You work in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and very close to our company cafeteria.
• Team – You are part of a highly skilled team of ~12 that contributes to the execution of quality management tasks.
• Core tasks – You are the steerer of target management processes and you provide support in questions of ISO 9001 and VDA standards or Six Sigma and FMEA methodology.
• System Implementation – You are responsible for the Quality Management System in our energy module production. You ensure the implementation of Q-standards and Q-targets in close cooperation with our network and the vehicle plant colleagues.
• Teamwork and collaboration – Regular exchange with partners in our other plants and central QM functions.

What should you bring along?
 

• Educational Background – Successfully completed secondary education and relevant work experience in quality topics or completed university degree in quality related field.
• Required Experience – You have knowledge of quality standards and tools like: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 5 and 6, Six Sigma, FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, root cause analysis, etc.
• Work Schedule –you follow a standard single-shift schedule and manage your tasks independently.
• Language Skills – English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must, German would be an advantage
• IT Skills – Confident knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management – You have plenty of experience regarding planning duties.
