Credit Risk Expert

Credit Management Team is seeking a proactive Specialist to support risk assessment and decision-making across B2B and B2D portfolios (fleets, dealers), with a focus on data-driven analyses, independent risk decisions within defined competencies, and clear English communication. This role offers the opportunity to influence credit risk processes and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

What awaits you?

• Direct support of credit risk assessment and decision-making for B2B (mainly)  and B2D portfolios.
• Opportunity to work with and enhance CRS, guarantees, and collateral verifications.
• Collaboration with Sales, Collections, Finance and international BMW SF community to implement remediation actions and protect portfolio quality. 
• Involvement in risk dashboards, reporting templates, and ad-hoc analyses. A clear path for professional development in credit risk within BMW FS Polska.

What should you bring along?

• Professional experience: at least 3 years in credit analysis for entities with full financial statements.
• Decision-making: ability to make credit decisions independently within established BMW SF competency levels (low and medium risk).
• Communication: ability to distil conclusions and present recommendations to the Local Credit Risk Committee in English.
• Analytical skills: strong data interpretation and synthesis; ability to prepare concise, decision-oriented analyses.
• Tools: Advanced Excel; proficient in PowerPoint; familiarity with risk management tools and Dealer Front End System.

Education and qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a good level.
