BMW UK, National Sales Company, Farnborough – Network Digitalisation – 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
We are looking for a confident and eager-to-learn individual to join our Network Digitalisation team, an integral part of the BMW UK sales operation.
In Network Digitalisation, our role is to support the business with the best in industry sales and marketing systems harnessing the latest digital technology, and you will be a key and valued part of this from the start. Working in a creative and friendly environment, we carry out core activities such as:
- Designing and operating online sales platforms, enabling customers to buy their next car from home
- Developing and implementing next-generation digital systems and tools
- Providing insight and analytics to the wider business
- Supporting the customer’s sales journey from first enquiry, to driving away in their new car

Qualifications and Experience:
- Studying towards a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or any related field
- Strong interest in consumer marketing, sales, or automotive industry
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, or PowerPoint is advantageous

What do you need to do now?
