We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic and eager Recruitment Intern to support our UK-wide recruitment efforts from Farnborough. You’ll join the Recruitment team, assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities and contributing to the BMW Group brands (BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce) across Ireland and the UK. This role offers hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, with opportunities to develop skills in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and process improvement.

What awaits you?
- Role: Recruitment and HR Marketing Intern supporting end-to-end hiring for roles across BMW Group.
- Be the first point of contact for internship inquiries, delivering a friendly, process-driven service that helps roles fill on time with great-fit candidates.
- Assist with recruitment systems (myTMS and related tools), help process applications per SLA and policy, and support recruitment spend tracking.
- Partner with HR Marketing to explore market trends and assist in attracting hard-to-find skills through targeted channels.
- Help ensure fair, consistent, and accessible recruitment processes; communicate clearly with stakeholders, adapting your style to the audience.
- Learn about FCA rules and Conduct Rules, while delivering strong customer support and contributing to governance and continuous improvement.
What should you bring along?
- Heading toward a 2:2 in a HR, Business or a related discipline; passion for people and development.
- Knowledge of the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands; genuine interest in luxury automotive branding.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CMS or ATS systems.
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong time management, organisational abilities and proven influencing/negotiating skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel; experience in a customer-focused role.
