What awaits you?

  • Work environment – you will work at the Communication Center located within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in an open-office environment together with other office employees and your team members.
  • Team – you will join a local team 5-7 experts. You are responsible to ensure continuous legally compliant operation within the area of responsibility, and to develop, implement and maintain the safety and ergonomics systems, with responsibility in certain technology and owner of specific topics. 
  • Primary task –participation in ISO45001 management system implementation. Supporting head of Safety with steer risk management processes, highly focus on ergonomics factors.
  • Audit - being an active member of the audit team and engage in internal, group and third party audits.
  • Steer and support – create risk assessments in the area of responsibility to fulfill local legal and BMW internal expectations.
  • Supporting technologies– providing services to related technology in all safety and ergonomics topics particularly planning, machine procurement process and acceptances.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Educational background – university degree in Occupational Safety / EHS..
  • Work experience – Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in occupational safety and ergonomics in a manufacturing environment. Experience as an internal auditor is advantage. Lead-auditor qualification is an advantage. (ISO 45001). Deep knowledge of Hungarian legal safety requirements and EU applicable standards.
  • Work schedule – You are willing to work on-site during regular business hours. Remote work may be considered based on alignment with your line manager. 
  • Language skills – you are fluent in both English and Hungarian, in writing and speaking.
  • Required knowledge – Very good MS Office and presentation skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Communication skills – Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Attention to details, precision oriented.
