Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. 

 

BMW UK, National Sales Company, Farnborough - Network Development - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)

 

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Network Development team, an integral part of the BMW UK sales operation. The department’s role is to support the business by ensuring the BMW & MINI retailer network is not only profitable but is also providing our customers with a premium experience.

 

What awaits you:

  • Support retailer communications, standards governance, and reporting across the BMW UK network, including content creation, portal management, and cross-brand presentations.
  • Develop content for the National Retailer Communications Portal. This will involve keeping the Portal up to date and identifying opportunities to enhance its structure and content.
  • Assist in the development of regular retailer performance reports and Retail Standards audit reports.
  • Analyse correlations between Retail Standards audits and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for enhancing retailer contractual compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the analysis and reporting of retailer survey results for both the BMW and MINI brands.
  • Design and deliver reports and presentations for use across the department and the wider company.
  • Facilitate compliance with Retail Standards and Corporate Identity through Network Facilities Project Support, including supplier management of internal and external brand fitment providers, architects, and auditors.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of the Retail.Next new showroom corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on any relevant projects as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:1.
  • Previous experience working within a retail or customer facing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
  • A well-rounded individual who has a good mix of numerical, analytical, and creative skills.
  • An ability to draw out intelligent conclusions from various data sources.
  • The courage to propose innovative solutions, actively contributing towards the success of the team.
  • An ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks, taking responsibility for your own time management.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who is helpful and has a can-do attitude.
  • A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
