BMW UK, National Sales Centre, Farnborough – Events Assistant - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
We are looking for 2 students who would like to be a big part of the Brand Experience team by supporting with the delivery of effective event and experiential solutions in line with the BMW Marketing strategy to support the brand and sales objectives.
What awaits you:
- Support development and planning for all related activities as required, including project managing bespoke elements to ensure professional planning and execution of all experiential activities. This includes car logistics, workshop liaison, financial planning and working across other departments and agency partners to ensure our activities deliver the absolute maximum across the business.
- Close collaboration across multiple teams – both within the Brand Experience team, other key third parties and stakeholders. The world is your networking oyster.
- Assist with the communication and amplification of experiential activities working closely with Marketing Communications, Press, Internal Communications and Retailer Communications.
Qualifications and experience:
- Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
- Demonstrable project management ability including planning / organisation skills, delivery to deadlines with the ability to make decisions and operate on own initiative.
- Passion for the automotive industry and understanding of working in a premium brand environment.
- Excellent organisation / management and budget planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically.
- Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to ensure activity is integrated across channels (content, digital, social, PR) and consistent with overall marketing plan.
- A full driving licence. You will be required to travel – sometimes solo in a BMW Group vehicle – to venues and events.

What do you need to do now?
