As a Global assigments advisor, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Work environment – you will work at the Communication Center located within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in an open-office environment together with other office employees and your team members.

• Team – you will join a local team 8-10 experts. Making decisions on the right general set-up and applicable guidelines of assignments according to the individual situation of the assignee.
• Primary task – authorizing and steering of external service providers. Developing sustainable cooperation structures/ approaches with local authorities regarding visa or work permits and school topics. Providing consultation and supervision for international assignments covering the entire transfer cycle. Supporting inbounds as well as outbounds on short and long term assignments and their families to realize the assignment by considering Terms & Conditions as well as local law.
• Critical situations - managing conflicts or critical situations of assignees at short notice and having the final word.

What should you bring along?

• Educational background – minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, etc.).

• Work experience – at least 3 years of working experience in Expat Management.

• Work schedule – You are willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week during regular business hours. Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally.

• Language skills – You are fluent in both English and Hungarian, in writing and speaking.

• Required knowledge – pronounced customer and service orientation.
• Communication skills – Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Attention to details, precision oriented. Strong Excel skills.
