Job Title: MINI Plant, Oxford - Communications & Events - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
Location: BMW UK Manufacturing, Oxford
Start Date: July 2026
What awaits you?
- Support internal and external communications, including generating engaging story ideas and content for presentations, events, and social media.
- Manage and develop the MINI Plant Oxford Instagram channel, engaging over 30,000 followers.
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing a variety of events and plant tours for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to marketing efforts for plant tours through digital and traditional channels.
- Support the growth and innovation of plant tours to enhance visitor experience.
- Support daily business tasks and administrative activities.
- The ability to travel to other UK sites when necessary.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a degree in business studies, tourism, media, or communications – at 2.2 level or above.
- Passionate about engaging and communicating with people.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in IT software, content management systems, social media, photography, including video editing.
- Well-organised, confident, and a proactive self-starter.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
