BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Customer Insights and Complaints Analyst - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
What awaits you:
- Analyse customer feedback from the BMW Group Financial Services and Alphabet customer insight survey programme and complaints reporting, focusing on identifying trends, concerns, and areas for attention.
- Highlight key findings and insights and present them to the Customer Insight Programme Manager, Process & Quality Implementation Manager, and relevant business stakeholders (including Process Owners).
- Responsibility for detailed analysis and fact finding on customer insight and complaints, identification of any training needs from across internal teams and the outsourced CIC (Customer Interaction Centre).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to devise and co-create corrective Action Plans targeting improvements to systems, training, or processes to mitigate complaints and enhance the customer experience.
- Drive the execution of action plans with cross-functional teams and track progress against defined milestones and outcomes.
- Monitor post-implementation data to verify that actions have the desired impact, continually tracking trends and reporting on effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Customer Interaction Service, Process and Quality Implementation team and contribute to the BMW Group Financial Services 2030 strategy through insights and measured improvements.
- Work closely with internal team including CIC Governance, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Process Specialists, Operational Supplier Relationship Managers, and colleagues in Munich and C1-UK-B on Insight Management and related initiatives.
Qualifications and experience:
- Studying for an undergraduate degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the automotive/finance industries alongside a strong desire to constantly learn and develop into a business leader
- Relevant experience from study or work to demonstrate your competencies would be beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, data manipulation and modelling skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously
