What awaits you?

  • Monitor Customer Journey and Process Governance, prepare monthly Process World reporting, and perform quality assurance checks on processes and documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement on Customer Journeys and Process Governance through regular meetings and ongoing communication with Product Owners, Agile Masters/PMs, Senior Managers, and the Executive Committee.
  • Provide team administration support (e.g., meeting minutes) and coordinate continuous improvement reviews, including process mapping activities.
  • Analyze data to prioritise the robotics process automation backlog and support automation initiatives with initial assessment reviews.
  • Own and maintain the Process Management and Quality Team Intranet pages, leveraging department knowledge to clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and流程; develop basic web page design and maintenance skills.
  • Manage and maintain Jira and Confluence spaces, while consistently demonstrating the values of a Customer Driven Organisation to deliver excellent customer outcomes and seamless experiences, with regular cross-functional interactions across the organization.

What should you bring along?

  • Studying for a business-related degree with a predicted 2:1.
  • Experience of working effectively in a team, with some leadership experience or evidence of leading others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt approach to different requirements.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and propose improvement ideas; able to work at both detailed and high-level perspectives.
  • Proactive, self-starter with initiative; capable of prioritising tasks, working under pressure, and multi-tasking.
  • Data analysis skills and intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); outgoing, inquisitive, confident, and professional in demeanor with strong numerical and reasoning abilities.
