As the Module Quality Engineer, you will have the interesting opportunity to hold an integral role within our technology cluster in interior development of next generation BMWs.
What awaits you?
- Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates. Additionally, you will frequently visit the production line to enable direct interaction with the manufacturing processes.
- Team - you will be a member of a local team of 8 engineers, junior, medior and senior quality experts.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes – you will be managing quality work for your respective module scope and being responsible for the risk, requirement and problem management processes within your area.
- Ensure continuous improvement - Depending on the project phase, you will be using different quality management tools and methods to identify and validate risks and problems and ensure their sustainable elimination.
- Collaborate for quality – you will be working in interdisciplinary teams that professionally guide you with regard to achieving quality goals.
- Network for quality - An essential part of the responsibilities will include close networking with the relevant development departments in Munich.
What should you bring along?
- Educational background - At least successfully completed Bachelor´s degree (mechanical / mechatronics) in technical field OR any equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in quality methods, root cause analysis ( e.g. 5why, Ishikawa, 8d reports, FMEA, Six Sigma) and in problem management.
- Work schedule – You are willing to work mostly on-site during regular business hours.
- Language skills – Fluent English, Hungarian and German are an advantage.
- Mindset – Motivation, initiative, and passion for quality.
- Other skills - Excellent communication, cooperation and problem solving skills.
- Extras - Experience in an agile work environment is an advantage.
