Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Business Development Intern - 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
As the Business Development Intern, you will be working within the regional team responsible for the UK, Europe and Central Asia, this role supports the Region’s Business Development, Ownership Services, Client and Brand functions. We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support all current and future commercial and commerce activities in the Region’s markets.
What awaits you:
- Support all current and future commercial activities across the Region’s markets, liaising with RRMC and Regional Partners.
- Manage the annual Dealer Business Plans and communicate with dealers on contracts, training, audits, and performance results.
- Assess viability of new commercial markets and dealer presence; conduct market studies and wealth reports for Directors/Board presentations.
- Coordinate dealer/commercial development, supply contracts to new candidates, and onboard them to full operation.
- Represent the Brand at dealer visits and regional events (e.g. Goodwood Festival of Speed) and support customer-centric program development with Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain Brand-defining retail standards, provide regional admin support, and pursue independent projects to improve RRMC operations, access training opportunities.
Qualifications and experience:
- Studying towards a 2:1 or above in a Business, Economics, Management or related degree.
- A real desire to implement your own ideas and develop the future operations of the RRMC business - leaving a legacy of your time
- Very good level of English, fluent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are vital to the success of the role.
- A strong operational understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team and have a positive attitude.
- Highly analytical person with an excellent attention to detail.
- Strong international and cross-cultural awareness.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and luxury segment would be desirable.
