As part of the BMW Group, the Home of Rolls-Royce sits in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

Behind the legendary brand is a team of passionate and highly talented people who do their utmost to satisfy the wishes of clients who commission a Rolls-Royce. Each year we offer internship opportunities, and we are keen to hear from you if you are currently studying an undergraduate degree and are looking to complete a 13‑month placement.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars – Goodwood – Internal Communications – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)

A creative and enthusiastic student is required to join Internal Communications - based at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood.

What awaits you?

  • Supporting Internal Communications and also the broader Corporate Communications team
  • Drafting communications materials and delivering a variety of messages through different channels
  • Project management / tracking of project status
  • Presentation production, generation of collateral (documents, spreadsheets etc.) and general administration where specific to projects
  • Assisting with video production
  • Supporting in events
  • Budgeting & analysis

What should you bring along?

  • Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree, in one or more of the following: internal communications, public relations, corporate communications, business studies, marketing, communications or any other relevant degrees and you are on track to achieve a 2:2.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, across a wide range of media
  • Excellent administration/project management/organisational/IT skills
  • Target driven with proven ability to deliver on time, to budget when under pressure
  • Fluency in all current and developing social media platforms
  • Passion for automotive and luxury brands

  • Great Pay – A competitive annual salary of £27,000, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.

What do you need to do now?

Our communications team operates across multiple markets and sometimes requires flexible hours to support global initiatives. We’re looking for an intern who is adaptable, committed to going the extra mile, and available to adjust their schedule as needed.

To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
