Rolls-Royce Motor Cars – Goodwood - Finance Controlling – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
The role supports the Sales Controlling team in reporting the cost of global vehicle sales and in steering fixed costs across global sales, communications and marketing functions. It also assists the Manufacturing Controlling team with budgeting fixed costs, strategy, invest, bespoke parts costing and digital reporting. Additionally, the intern will help the Contribution team financially steer and report the cost of selling and manufacturing vehicles globally, supporting Bespoke and Aftersales through fixed-cost controlling and business-case reviews to meet key deadlines.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting month end accounting processes.
- The creation of analytical reports to assist decision making at all levels.
- The timely processing of financial documents.
- Liaising with local and global departments on financial topics.
- Ad hoc projects and reporting requests.
- Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
- Supporting with the digitalisation of the finance function.
What should you bring along?
- Studying a Finance or business-related degree course.
- Must have an analytical mindset and a working knowledge of MS Office.
- The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication skills are essential.
