Quality Engineering - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)

Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.

Quality Steering is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quality, as well as supporting the introduction of new models and quality enhancements.

What awaits you?

Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer-term projects. Supporting with the Plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.  Supporting the implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement. Support, analysis and implementation of Quality improvements. Support with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.

What can you look forward to?

External Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course. Any knowledge in Quality Management or similar would be an advantage, however not a requirement. Able to work independently and within a team. Use initiative to take tasks and projects from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
