Sales Performance Manager

What Awaits You?
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to manage operational activities impacting the retailer network.
- Support Area Managers with weekly forecast consolidation and communication of sales performance to stakeholders.
- Assist in visit preparation, reporting and management of BMW Retailer KPIs.
- Prepare weekly updates for regional areas.
- Manage communications through shared mailboxes and respond to related queries.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of retailer contacts within the respective areas.
What Should You Bring Along?
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or similar disciplines.
- Proven experience in business functions, ideally within sales, marketing, or related areas.
- An inquisitive and analytical mindset, with a strong interest in reviewing and improving processes and practices.
- Experience working in environments such as OEMs, Financial Services, or retail sectors is advantageous.
- Additional certifications or training in sales performance, data analysis, or project management are a plus.
- Proactive approach in identifying market trends and developing practical solutions; familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is beneficial.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to monitor trends and implement actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve performance goals.
- Proven ability in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement of team members’ skills and performance.
